This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. There are no visitor metrics, no ads, and no automatically embedded social media feeds. That’s why you won’t see a consent banner: the only thing that loads without asking for your permission is the form’s anti-spam protection, and it’s technically necessary for the form to work.
That protection is Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the page,
its script is requested challenges.cloudflare.com and it checks in the
background to verify that you’re a human—no puzzles and no action required on your part.
To do this, it may store technical data in your browser during that
verification. Cloudflare states that Turnstile is not used for advertising or to
track you across sites; the details are in its
privacy
policy.
The SoundCloud player in the Music section only loads if you click the "Load Player" button—until then, no request is sent to SoundCloud. If you choose to load it, SoundCloud may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy, which is separate from this site.
The submission forms in the Demos section work the same way as the player: the Track Stack forms (tstack.app)—one per label and the promo form—are only loaded if you click their button; until that moment, nothing is requested from Track Stack. If you load one and submit a track, that data is processed by Track Stack in accordance with its privacy policy, which is separate from this site.
The video clip in the "Videos" section is hosted on this site: when you play it, no third party is involved.
The only information collected by this site is what you voluntarily submit through the Booking form, which is managed by Formspree — see the privacy policy.
